::daily routines::

LO done recently to help me sculpt my morning routine into my brain. I'm a sucker for getting sidetracked.

GWC Day 5:

No complaints (hurrah - this is huge for me).
No real reason to say "You're right". So that's nice.
RAK - made him a trail mix (he's a lover of nuts and berries --?)
So did okay. How'd you do?

We have a house guest. She's going through a transition in life and she and her basset Tristin are in our guest house and will be for a couple of weeks. Will be nice to have someone here to help with the kids. Yes, she will be enlisted.

We love all of Luke's new therapists. One may be a bit stern but we'll give her a little more time and see how she pans out.

Leila is amazing. Grabbing everything -- so interested. I stopped for a moment when feeding her yesterday and she reached for, grabbed and lifted the spoon out of her bowl. She's five months. I guess b/c Luke was so mello that we're just seeing typical behavior but she just seems so advanced. Plus she's already sitting up. Is that early? It's facinating how children are all so different.

sounds like you're hanging in very well. great job on finding time to make the trail mix.

i've been under the weather a little so unfortunately he's not getting the best right now. but i'm staying focused on not complaining and trying to stay upbeat. so thanks again for doing this challenge, it helps so much to have the accountability.

blessings to you!

You're doing OK on the GWC, I think. :) I like the "routine" LO. I always needed motivation when I was a stay at home mom...its so easy to get distracted. You have a guest house??? hmmmm nice. :) Definitley enlist the visitor with kids. 5mos is a bit early for sitting up but then they are all very different. and fun. :)

Cute LO!!

I've not been keeping track of my GWC Points...EXCEPT, I know this....I've not complained (becuase I BITE MY TONGUE LITERALLY to keep my comments to myself!) AND I've been very focused on saying "thank you" for every little thing and at least once a day giving him a compliment (Which is not at all hard because he HOT!)

The result? we are getting along SO well and he actually called me his angel....WOO HOO!!!

Oh, I am failing failing failing. Good thing dh forgot about the GWC so he's pretty clueless right now at how BAD his wife is. It's pathetic considering I only see him a few hours at night when he gets home from work. I'll do better tonight.
