::bound books and water phase::

I'm completely immersed in finishing the children's baby albums now that I've been clued into the groovy way to print them. The perfectionist in me keeps wanting to change every page before printing. If I have them bound like a regular book then I can't change them quite so easily now can I? This is the idea at least.

After a walk on the beach in Corona Del Mar this afternoon we headed here:

I have the constant "forgot my watch" feeling while my camera is in the shop. Nine days to go.

Water. I read (again) about it being one of the best things for you. So I've chugged 100 ounces today and spent way too much time in the little girls room. (Did I just put that on the Internet?) What's your water consumption like? I used to be abysmal at meeting my "water quota". So, this is a phase.

I'm addicted to Propel water. I drink two or three bottles a day. I'm trying to wean myself from soda. So far, so good (it's only been four days).

Has Luke started the HBOT treatments yet? How's it going?

yea...I don't drink enough either...I've heard that dehydration contributes to cellulite AND that America is one of the most chronically dehydrated countries in the world...we over caffeinate...

Yea...I'm more about the coffee myself...I FORCE myself to consume water in measured and timed doses so that I get at least 100 ounces a day...

Hmm water and cellulite, never heard of that!

If I drank the amount of water I should I would just have to sit on the toilet all day, SERIOUSLY. I think I have an overactive bladder. I am not even pregnant and pee like 3 times a night!

After the kidney scare a couple of months ago, I've been drinking more water. Unfortunately, I've also been drinking more coffee and wine, so that doesn't help much.

I do notice a more obvious improvement in my skin when I drink water. I just don't like running to the toilet every 15 minutes like I'm about to burst!

Water...it does a body good. I have to remember that!

I'm there with you in Cornoa del mar - married there and graduated high school there. My mom lives near (Harbor View) and, yeah. Anyway, I remember when I was totally caught up in doing baby albums! GREAT INVESTMENT! I suggest looking up the meaning of the names, and then looking in a big concordance for cross references and a Bible Dictionary for verses taken from the name. It shapes the way you see your kid and I think gives clues to what God has around the corner - has happened for us - all four of our children, though we never did finish the little one (age 10!)book yet. I'm going to do it in my old age (well, that much is obvious). (Much more gratifying than outside work - that is waiting for you, really and He won't let you miss a beat.)
