V is for Vaseline Vandal

The Vaseline would account for the blinding sheen:

Of course, the first thing I did was immediately reach for the camera.

Happy Grandparents Day Nana and Papa, Nan and Grand Dad Bill. Love, Luke and Leila

She reminds me of a body-builder! But way cuter.

This picture reminds me of one we have of Eleanor when she was 2.5 with her cousin Ethan. We call it The Ointment Incident, and it involved both the white and the yellow kind of diaper ointment, rubbed into hair, clothes, carpet... We saw them, said, "you are in so much trouble," and then, "stay RIGHT there while I go get the camera..."

At least your surfaces look nice and shiny now. No? Just trying to find a bright side.

I enjoyed looking through your blog. Loved the slideshow in this one! Your little girl reminds me of my middle child at that age, with those cute little pony tails!

Thanks for stopping my blog. New visitors are my favourite.

My first thought exactly.

Blogging makes most embarrassing/infuriating incidents so much easier--you have something to post later.

Thank you for the comment & compliment. I agree wit the sad reality that racism still is a real issue. I really hope that my children live long enough to live in a color blind world!

how did I miss this! Very cute....at least she is moisturized!

I put vaseline on my feet as soon as I get out of the shower, then I put on socks. Livi always wants to do the same as soon as she is done with her bath!

OMG, this is hilarious. I would be pissed about my vaseline, tho. That's for um, post-partum mommies, not babies. LOL
