It's been raining buckets, so obligatory rain-boots-in-the-puddle shots to follow
It took Leila a while to warm up to the idea of books so I love seeing her like this ("reading to Darla")
Despite the double melt-down in the check out line, pinched fingers compliments of the door in the freezer section, and a near-death tumble from the shopping cart, we did manage to make our way through Costco with our Ghirardelli Brownie Mix (makes 5 batches!).
And Leila was keen:

These pics went from cute to cuter. I love the selection of kids' rain boots. I, too, took tons of pics of my little girl in boots, with books and with a face full of chocolate. You brought back some warm memories! :)
Tommie: We've some friend's who've done really well with their investment properties in Wichita. Pretty good positive cash flow. Yes, actually we are looking at Texas. Fort Worth/Dallas and Houston Metro are all great investment areas right now.
H&B - Yes, I'm a photo action junkie. I can't even tell you all the actions I use in all my photos -- let's just say TONS. I scour the www for all that look interesting. : )
