These things are so nice...I have a flax seed neck wrap that I use ALL THE TIME to reduce stress...(which I have all the time!).

My husband grew up in California--he was born in Long Beach--and after we got married, we lived in San Diego for 5 and 1/2 years...so seeing your Orange County sites and plants brings back a lot of good memories. :)
